As a long-term care nurse and caregiver, I've had firsthand experience with the complexities of the system. But I've also had the privilege of witnessing the beauty that unfolds when families and elders are seen, heard, informed, and at peace.

With years of personal and professional experience navigating the healthcare system, including caring for my late grandmother, Dorothy, I understand your fears and concerns.
It wasn't until I had to navigate the system for my grandmother with my family that I realized the importance of preplanning and having someone you can trust for advice before, during, and after a crisis hits.
